Term and Conditions of purchase

Make a purchase

To make a purchase or buy a course or programme on any of our websites, you must comply with the terms set up in this terms and condition of purchase. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of and restriction of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases or registration or sale or other activities that occur under your account. Chris edulife has sole rights to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Payment modes and conditions

We currently accept payments through cheque, credit cards, debit cards, paypals and all government approved UPIs, mobile wallets, and electronic transfer. Details available at the time of any purchase you apply for. Programs or courses purchased will not be refunded or changed to another program on grounds of incorrect selection at the time of purchase.

In case the same program or course is purchased twice due to some server error, the following refund rules will apply: If the learner informs us within 7 days, full refund would be done thereafter he/she would be provided with a credit note. Refund is possible only if applied within 7 days of the purchase of the product. All refunds will be processed on a special approval basis. The admission fees and govt. taxes are excluded fully from the refund. The final refund amount will be at the sole discretion of Chris Edulife basis of the amount paid by the client excluding the Govt. Taxes. This is applicable across all the online Programs and excludes the Classroom Programs where it is dependent upon the center and its policy.

Refunds if approved will be done directly to the original payment mode within 30 working days of written claim. A refund request will be made through an email to chrisedulife.com@gmail.com within 7 days of the date of purchase. Any refund request submitted after 7 days of the date of purchase will not be considered in any circumstances

Termination of Subscription

You may choose to terminate your subscription to a service at any point by sending us an e-mail. Such termination will not change any amounts due to us. Breach of any of the terms of this Agreement constitutes a termination of the Agreement. Any and all amounts due under this Agreement shall survive the term of this Agreement. If you fail, Chris Edulife suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to failure to make payment of fees due, failure to provide with a valid credit card or with accurate and complete registration data, failure to safeguard your Account information, violation of the Usage Rules or any license to the software, or infringement or other violation of third parties’ rights, after notice of 07 (seven) days to rectify such failure to you, may terminate your subscription and/or your account if such failure on your part still continues. No refunds will be issued in such a case of such termination.
